To craft a compelling narrative and produce a high-quality short film on a limited budget, overseeing the project from concept through to festival promotion.

Roles

• Co-Writer: Collaborated on script development and narrative structure.
• Project Manager: Led planning, budgeting, timeline management, talent coordination, and on-set logistics.
• Promotion & Partnerships: Cultivated relationships with sponsors, media outlets, and film festivals.
• Post-Production Coordinator: Oversaw editing, sound design, and final cut delivery.
• Graphic Designer: Created promotional assets including the movie poster and press kits.

Result

• Festival Recognition: Ma destinée was nominated for Best Short Film at the prestigious Écran Noir Film Festival (2020).
