Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Leadership (MVP to V2): Directed the entire lifecycle of the initial product: translating the vision into specifications, defining business rules and user journeys, overseeing UX/UI design, and validation through user testing. Defined the strategic roadmap that led to the development and launch of version 2.
  • Marketing & Launch Strategy: Designed and executed Go-To-Market launch plans for both the MVP and V2, through integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, content, advertising) aimed at driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
